Jonah's 18th Birthday

Celebrating our special boy Jonah

Our beautiful boy Jonah is turning 18 this August, and to celebrate this milestone birthday, we are inviting his friends and family to support a cause that's very close to our hearts. 

When Jonah was just 2 years and 9 months old, we made our first trip to Women's & Children's Hospital in Adelaide. These visits involved multiple appointments over a few days, and during the breaks, Aunty Margaret and I would take Jonah & Tameka to the hospital playground. It became a small but meaningful refuge - a safe space where Jonah could play freely and we could catch our breath with a cuppa. That playground brought joy, comfort, and a sense of normalcy during some very stressful times. 

Now, the hospital is upgrading this beloved playground, and i've pledged to raise $1,000 to have Jonah and Tameka's names included on the donor recognition board. This is our way of giving back and helping future families find a little light during their own challenging journeys. 

Any donation, big or small, will help us reach our goal and support the creation of a space where kids can simply be kids - even in the midst of medical challenges.
