We are holding this bake sale to raise money for the Women’s and Children’s Cancer Ward and to support families affected by cancer. One of our group members has a cousin currently battling with neuroblastoma, a rare and aggressive cancer that mostly affects young children. Seeing the impact this illness has on children and their families inspired us to help make a difference.
Many children fighting cancers like neuroblastoma and leukemia go through long hospital stays, chemotherapy, surgeries, and difficult treatments at such a young age. Families often face emotional stress, financial pressure, and time away from work while supporting their child through treatment. Stories shared through fundraisers for children like Khloe, Layla, Nathan, and PJ show just how strong and brave these kids are during their fight against cancer.
Through our bake sale, we hope to raise awareness, support the amazing doctors and nurses caring for these children, and help bring comfort to families going through incredibly difficult times. Every cupcake, cookie, and donation helps support children fighting cancer and gives hope to families who need it most.
