On 20 August 2022, James and Kirsty welcomed their beautiful daughter Willow Grace Watson. On 23 August, they said goodbye.
As the first anniversary of Willow's short life approaches, we wanted to take the opportunity to honour her memory as well as the incredible sacrifices James and Kirsty made to give her that life. We hope to keep this effort a secret for the moment, to be revealed on the anniversary of her birth to remind James and Kirsty that Willow will never be forgotten.
Willow was cared for by the team at the Women's and Children's Hospital, whose skill, sensitivity and compassion made a lasting impact on James, Kirsty, and their families. If you are able, please make a donation in Willow's memory to the Women's and Children's Hospital Foundation so they can continue to support families in joy and in grief.
