I'm challenging myself to....

In memory and honour of Sam, I am taking on the Cycle 4 Sam Spring Challenge to support children and families who rely on the care of the Women’s and Children’s Health Network.

This Spring Challenge, I am challenging myself to:

- 240 kms of gravel cycling in the Flinders Ranges with Team Holland (Wendy and Jaimie Holland)

- bringing back the annual 5kms a day with Albie, this year for 24 days and hoping to walk and run the 5kms, so by the end we can both run the 5kms together

- walking 24kms through the beautiful Adelaide hills with some very special people

- a cycling challenge to complete the challenge, not sure on details yet, but haven't ridden a 100kms in a single ride for awhile

So grateful for the support of the WCHF and the Palliative Care Unit of the WCH for their care and support of Sam and our family.This year we are so proud to be supporting the new "Alongside: grief and loss bereavement program" at the WCH which will provide bereavment support for all families that have experienced the loss of a child at the WCH.
