A CHANGE IS GONNA COME...
I am taking on the Cycle 4 Sam Spring Challenge to support children and families who rely on the care of the Women’s and Children’s Health Network.
With the GET FIT, GET LIT team, my aim is to get more fit after recovering from a lingering illness over the past 6 months. Now that I'm feeling better and with spring arriving, I'm challenging myself to make sure that everyday I commit to one fitness activity! Cycling, hiking, yoga, going to gym, dancing and all the things I enjoy! I also am challenging myself to make sure I enjoy the journey and give myself plenty of rewards!
Funds raised through my challenge will support the Sam Roberts Family Fund. This fund proudly supports families in South Australia who have children being cared for by the Paediatric Palliative Care Service of the Women’s and Children’s Hospital.
